This recipe calls for using 1 cup of granulated monk fruit sweetener, however, you can scale it up or down as needed.
Generally, 1 cup of the granulated version will make about 1 1/2 – 2 cups of powdered monk fruit sweetener (depending on how much it’s “packed”).
